Dr Donata Jovarauskienė is a member of the Public Governance Research Group. Her research focuses on the challenges of the healthcare system and service management, as well as the processes and instruments of public service management and their impact on service quality and accessibility. She integrates her research findings into professional training programmes and coordinates an interdisciplinary university course entitled Product Development Project.
