Dr Anna-Maija Lämsä is the project’s co-leader and senior researcher. She is also a professor emeritus at the University of Jyväskylä in Finland. She has extensive experience in collaborating on and leading projects at national and international levels. Her research focuses on various ethical issues related to work in organisations, particularly management and leadership. She has received numerous national and international awards in recognition of her research and career achievements.
